WAF Constructions is a family construction and property development company, led by Bill and Steph Fry for over 30 years. Unlike many property developers who simply fund projects and hand off the build, WAF takes complete ownership, from the first design meeting to the final lick of paint.

Bill is a bricklayer by trade, has a degree in construction and is a highly experienced and capable builder who leads every project from the ground up. He’s on site, ensuring each build meets the highest standard of craftsmanship, something only possible with hands on care and deep industry experience. Everything off-site is meticulously handled by Steph.

We work closely and have long term relationships with our architects, trades, engineers and suppliers, people who share our standard of excellence. These trusted partnerships, built over decades, help us deliver projects that are not just beautifully designed, but exceptionally built.
